- 30 mins walking
to keep myself on track, im trying to loose 1 lb/week, and for saturday, since its prom, i’m trying to cut off 2 lbs since last week. (so 132)
tomorrow i was supposed to be 133, but with all that food i dont think its going to happen :/
not just to look better in clothes, but so i feel comfortable. as of now, im not comfortable when i sit down becuse of my stomach. even though i lost a lot of it, theres still some fat that just scrunches up when im sitting down and it really annoys me:/ you can even see my rib bones at time, but I JUST WANT TO GET RID OF ALL THE JIGGLE!
